By purchasing or participating in any Seli Strength program or product, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing your enrollment.

Health & Safety

BFR training is not appropriate for everyone. Do not participate in this program if any of the following apply to you:

  • Severe hypertension (untreated)

  • Active deep vein thrombosis (DVT)

  • Blood clotting disorders

  • Severe peripheral vascular disease

  • Pregnancy

  • Active lymphedema, infections, open wounds, or tumors in the affected limb (BFR may be used on other limbs for systemic benefits)

Do not participate if your doctor has advised against vigorous exercise. If you are recovering from serious illness, injury, or surgery, consult your physician and receive clearance before beginning this program.

By proceeding with enrollment, you agree to the terms of our Liability Waiver. Read the full waiver.

Your BFR Bands

Your BFR bands are included with your program at no additional upfront cost. Your 30-day trial covers both the program and your bands — nothing is collected until your trial ends.

If You Continue After Your Trial

Band fee: $50/month for 6 months ($300 total), added to your monthly program fee for months 1 through 6. Month 7 onward: program fee only.

If you decide not to continue after your 30-day trial, return your bands in original condition for a full refund. No program charge applies.

BFR Bands — Purchased Separately

B3 Sciences BFR bands and exercise tubing kit are available for purchase without a program subscription at $519. No installment option is available for standalone band purchases.

Program Subscription & Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe.

  • Program fee: $199/month.

  • Your 30-day trial is free. Both your program and your bands are included at no charge during the trial period. Your first program charge and band fee begin after your 30-day trial ends.

  • Access to the member dashboard and program content continues through the end of your current billing cycle upon cancellation.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Liability Waiver, and our Health & Fitness Disclaimer.

Affiliate Program

Fitness professionals enrolled in the Seli Strength affiliate program agree to the following:

  • Represent the Seli Strength program and products honestly and accurately.

  • Not make medical claims or claims that exceed what Seli Strength authorizes in writing.

  • Use only promotional materials approved by Seli Strength.

Commission rates and payout terms are outlined in the Affiliate Program Agreement provided at enrollment. Seli Strength reserves the right to terminate affiliate agreements for violations of these terms.

Program Access & Dashboard

Access to the Seli Strength member dashboard and program content is contingent upon successful trial enrollment and continued active subscription. Your BFR bands ship the first Tuesday after you sign up.


Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the Seli Strength program, including without limitation videos, workout programming, training protocols, blood flow restriction (BFR) methodologies, written materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, audio recordings, software, website content, coaching materials, and other educational content (collectively, the "Content") are owned by or licensed to Seli Strength Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Seli Strength grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. Except as expressly permitted by Seli Strength in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly perform, record, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part. You may not share your account credentials or provide access to the Content to any other person.
