Intended for Adults
This program is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older (or minors participating with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian).
Equipment
You are responsible for using appropriate equipment and following all instructions regarding cuff placement, pressure, duration, and removal. Improper use of blood flow restriction equipment may significantly increase the risk of injury.
Pre-Existing Conditions
If you have a pre-existing medical condition — including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, or musculoskeletal conditions — are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from injury or surgery, or have been advised by a physician to limit physical activity, consult your healthcare provider before starting this program. You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically able to participate in this program and for obtaining any medical clearance you deem appropriate or that your healthcare provider recommends.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in any exercise program involves an inherent risk of physical injury. By enrolling in Seli Strength, you acknowledge this risk and accept personal responsibility for your participation. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the program, whether known or unknown, and acknowledge that Seli Strength, its owners, coaches, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries or damages arising from your voluntary participation. You understand that participation in exercise, including blood flow restriction training, involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, bruising, numbness, nerve irritation, vascular injury, blood clots, rhabdomyolysis, cardiovascular events, permanent disability, and, in rare circumstances, death.
Emergency Situations
If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, discoloration, severe swelling, unusual or severe pain, or any other emergency symptom during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
