BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply when a business buys Seli Strength BFR bands and related education through a business order page or order form. By completing checkout or signing an order form, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before ordering.
Who These Terms Apply To
These terms apply to purchases made by or on behalf of a business, such as a gym, studio or wellness center ("you"), directly from Seli Strength, Inc. ("Seli Strength"). The person placing the order confirms they are authorized to order for the business.
These terms do not apply to individual consumer purchases, which are covered by our Terms & Conditions. If you and Seli Strength sign a separate order form or agreement, that document controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Health & Safety
BFR training is not appropriate for everyone. Do not use BFR bands, or allow anyone else to use them, if any of the following apply:
Severe hypertension (untreated)
Active deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
Blood clotting disorders
Severe peripheral vascular disease
Pregnancy
Active lymphedema, infections, open wounds, or tumors in the affected limb (BFR may be used on other limbs for systemic benefits)
Do not use the bands if a doctor has advised against vigorous exercise. Anyone recovering from serious illness, injury or surgery should consult a physician and receive clearance before beginning BFR training.
As the purchaser, you are responsible for screening the members and clients who use the bands, for training them safely, and for working within your team’s certifications, scope of practice and local law.
Orders, Pricing & Shipping
Pricing
Pricing, shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on your order form. They are not listed in these terms.
Shipping
Bands ship together to the business address you provide at checkout. Seli Strength does not ship to individual team members. Ship dates and estimated arrival dates are stated on your order page or order form. Estimated arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the bands to the carrier. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and the carrier right away, and we will help you file the claim.
Order acceptance and cancellation
We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a stock problem, and will refund anything you paid. You may cancel before your bands ship by emailing support@selistrength.com for a full refund. After the bands ship, the returns policy below applies.
Sizes
You choose band sizes at checkout using the size guide. Each order includes one free size exchange within the return window below. We ship the replacement size at no charge, and you ship the original bands back. To request an exchange, email support@selistrength.com.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe at checkout. We collect sales tax where the law requires it. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your bands in original condition within 30 days of the date they ship for a full refund of the price of the bands. You pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. To start a return, email support@selistrength.com. Returning the bands ends access to the education package for the sets returned.
Warranty
BFR bands carry a 12-month warranty starting on the delivery date. If a band fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, Seli Strength will replace it at no charge, including shipping.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, accidents, modification, or inflating the bands past the limits in the instructions. The warranty applies to the original business purchaser and is not transferable.
To make a claim, email support@selistrength.com with your order details and photos of the band. We may ask you to send the band back. This warranty is in addition to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Education & Program Materials
What is included
Your order may include education and program materials, such as written guides, programs, and live or recorded sessions. What is included, who it is for, and when it starts are described on your order page or order form. Those details can differ between orders.
Team members
If your order includes access for named team members, we email a form after you order to collect each person’s name and email address. Access is for the named person and cannot be shared with others. You may replace a named team member once per set by emailing support@selistrength.com before that person’s first live session.
The education is informational. It is not a certification, license or medical training, and completing it does not qualify anyone to practice outside their scope.
Dates and sessions
Start dates and session dates are stated on your order page or order form. Seli Strength may reschedule live sessions. We may provide recordings of live sessions, but we are not required to.
Team Member Information
We use team member names and email addresses to deliver the education package and to send messages about it, as described in our Privacy Policy. By providing this information, you confirm you are authorized to share it. Privacy Policy
Waiver & Acknowledgments
By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Business Terms & Conditions, our Liability Waiver, and our Health & Fitness Disclaimer. Each team member must also acknowledge the Liability Waiver and Health & Fitness Disclaimer on the team member form before receiving access.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials made available through Seli Strength programs, including without limitation videos, workout programming, training protocols, blood flow restriction (BFR) methodologies, written materials, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, audio recordings and coaching materials (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by or licensed to Seli Strength, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Seli Strength grants your business and its named team members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Content in training your own clients and members, including 1:1 and group programming, and may give them copies for their own personal use. You must keep Seli Strength’s name and notices on the materials. You may not resell the Content, post it publicly or online, or use it for anyone outside your own membership. Except as stated here or permitted by Seli Strength in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from the Content, in whole or in part. You may not share account credentials. You may not use the Seli Strength name, logos or trademarks in your own marketing without written permission.
Liability, Indemnification & Governing Law
Disclaimer of warranties
Except for the 12-month warranty above, the bands and the education package are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Seli Strength disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The education package is informational and is not medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Seli Strength’s total liability for any claim arising out of your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Seli Strength is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Seli Strength, its owners and its team against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of the bands and the Content with your own members and clients, from your team’s training, supervision or screening of those people, or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply to a claim to the extent it is caused by a defect in the bands or by Seli Strength’s own negligence or misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
California law governs these terms. If a dispute arises, email support@selistrength.com and give us 30 days to work it out with you. If we cannot, the dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to that venue.
General
These terms, together with your order page or order form, are the whole agreement for your order. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may send notices to the email address on your order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Updates apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date below. Your order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
