I turned 60 this year, and while I had been consistently physically active until about 5 years ago, I was not in good shape or remotely strong when I started this program. After only 1 week of Ashley's BFR program, I already felt much stronger. Now in my 4th week, I already feel the muscle tone back in my legs and arms! It's amazing how quick and efficient this process has been with only 15 minutes a day.
