I’m a working mom with three young kids, so it can be hard to find time to exercise. What I love about Ashley’s BFR program is that I can get high-quality workouts with great results in just 10-15 minutes, and I can do it all at home! Since starting the program, I’m feeling much stronger, I have more energy and I’m sleeping better!
